Meet the Orlando Team Behind Dryden Restoration Orlando

We’re an independently owned and operated Kingswell company, and the crew you’ll see in your home lives and works right here in Orlando. No rotating subcontractors, no mystery faces. The people who show up are the people we hired, trained, and trust. Carl Brandt, Owner, has built the team around a simple idea: know your stuff, say the price before the work, and treat someone’s house better than you’d treat your own. Marcus T., Lead Water Restoration Technician

Marcus has been pulling water out of Orlando homes for over twelve years, and he’s the one who trains everyone else on psychrometric drying, which is just the science of moving moisture out of building materials. He’s IICRC-certified in water damage restoration and knows Dri-Eaz and Phoenix equipment inside and out, including when a house needs Injectidry floor drying instead of just air movers. Marcus is the person you want on a slab leak at 2 a.m. in College Park. He keeps a moisture meter on his belt at all times and admits he’s checked his own drywall more than once just to see how Florida summer humidity reads.

Sofia R., Mold Remediation Specialist

Sofia leads our mold remediation work across Orlando, from Conway to Pine Hills. She’s certified in applied microbial remediation and spends a lot of her week explaining to homeowners the difference between surface mold and what’s hiding behind baseboards, which is the conversation that matters most in this climate. Sofia runs containment and negative air by the book, and she’s the reason our job sites stay cleaner than expected during what is, honestly, a dirty job. She grew up in a house with a roof leak that never got fixed right, and she’ll tell you that’s exactly why she does this work.

Danny K., Senior Reconstruction Technician

Danny handles the rebuild side of restoration: drywall, trim, paint, and making a room look like nothing ever happened. He’s been with Dryden Restoration Orlando since 2016 and has a reputation for measuring twice, then measuring once more just to be sure. After a fire job or a major water loss, Danny’s the one who walks the homeowner through what’s getting torn out, what’s salvageable, and what the finished room will look like. He’s RIA-aligned in his approach to reconstruction and keeps a photo log of every step so adjusters and homeowners can see exactly what was done behind the walls.

Elena V., Service Coordinator

Elena is the voice you’ll most likely hear when you call (850) 786-4472. She’s been with the Kingswell family of restoration businesses for seven years and runs dispatch, scheduling, and the paperwork that keeps every job honest. Elena writes up the written price before work begins and makes sure each customer gets their 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing, not as a verbal promise. She’s from Orlando originally and can tell you which neighborhoods flood fastest in a summer downpour, which is surprisingly useful when we’re routing crews. Outside of work, she’s the one who reminds everyone to hydrate during attic jobs in August.

We show up in the window we gave you, and if we’re going to be late, you’ll hear from Elena before the window closes.
